Parents, would you let your children read this book? "HOW A BABY IS MADE(viewers discription is adviced)

Apparently, this book is meant for children to explain to them how reproduction works. If I had a child, I don't think I'd let them read this. But see after the cut and tell us if you think it's appropriate or not...
